KiSe Greens cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore we solely process those personal details we need to execute and improve our services. We treat with outmost care all data that we have gathered about you and your use of our services. We never share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy is applicable to the use of the website and the linked services of KiSe Greens. Validity start date of this policy is 20/05/2019. Following the publishing of a newer version of this privacy policy, all older versions become automatically null and void.
In this privacy policy we explain which information about you is being collected by us, wherefore the data is being used and with who and under which conditions the information possibly is being shared with third parties. We also inform in which way we store your data, how we protect it against false intentions and which rights you have related to the personal data which you have informed to us. Our webshop has been developed with the software of Wix Stores (Wix.com). Personal details that you provide for our services, will be shared with this 3rd party. Wix has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support and will not use your information for any other purpose. Wix Stores is obliged, following our contract with them, to take sound security measures. Therefore all information is SSL-encrypted. Wix Stores uses cookies to collect technical information linked to your use of the software. No personal data is being collected nor being saved. Wix Stores maintains the right to share the collected data within their own concern with the sole purpose to improve the service level.

All confirmation mails that you receive through our webshop and online forms will be sent through the Wix Stores servers. Wix Stores will never be allowed to use your name and e-mail address for own purposes. At the end of every automatically sent email through our website, you can find the “unsubscribe” – link. If you click on this link, you will receive no more e-mails from our website. However, this could reduce the functionality of our website substantially. Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide them to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. It is possible to delete your customer account at any time. This can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller. We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data has been reserved by our site, about which we will inform you accordingly below.
